exam on PDPL
We start with 5 days of live training so that students have a detailed understanding of the KSA PDPL. This starts with understanding personal data and concludes with running privacy programs. The full syllabus is in the brochure.
DPOs need to learn to put the PDPL into practice. We mentor you for 6 months, giving you real life practical tasks, such as onboarding a vendor, doing a DSAR, and resolving international data transfer risks. You get 1-2-1 coaching and feedback with a Fellow of Information Privacy.
Finally, there is a verbal exam on the PDPL – to prove that you can think on your feet and give advice.
The aim is to score improvements and learning – that is how you achieve the KSA Certified DPO designation.
